| Amit Ashok is currently a Ph.D. student in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at University of Arizona. He is pursuing his dissertation research in the area of task-specific imaging systems under the supervision of Prof. Mark Neifeld. He currently is a graduate research associate in the Optical Computing and Processing Lab.
He received the M.S degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Cape Town, Cape Town, South Africa in 2001. His M.S. thesis research involved implementation and analysis of a Bayesian approach to multiple-antenna
SAR interferometry. He received the B. Eng. degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from University of Swaziland, Swaziland in 1998.
