Special Issue Proposal SubmissionThe journal is dedicated to publishing special issues. (Electronic submissions are encouraged.) Submit proposals to the Editor in Chief at: raghu@aero.org
If electronic submission is not possible, proposals should be mailed to:

The final decision regarding the proposed special issue will be taken by the Editor-In-Chief. Proposals must be no longer than five double-spaced pages of text. The proposal must contain, at a minimum, the proposed title, description and scope of the proposed issue and the names of guest-editors. A detailed explanation of the reason for the choice of topic is strongly recommended.
