Cover Letter Format

The cover letter should include the paper title, file name, and author names, and the name, email address, postal address, phone and fax numbers of the correspondence author. The cover letter should state the number of pages included in the document. Please keep in mind that the page limits of 20 double space pages excluding tables and figures for an Article, and 8 double space pages for a Correspondence, are strictly enforced. If the document has been compressed or uuencoded, please specify accordingly. A short description of the software/system used to create the manuscript postcript file (e.g., LaTex on a SUN Sparc) should also be included in the email cover letter.

Manuscript Format

The manuscript must be a single postscript file. Authors should use only commonly available fonts and should ensure that all figures are included within the single postscript file. If non-standard fonts are needed or figures cannot be included within the postscript file, paper copies of the manuscript will have to be submitted.

The postscript version of the manuscript should be sent to the EiC using one of the emails listed above.

Authors will receive an acknowledgment after the file was reviewed.

2) Hard copy submissions:

Paper form articles must be submitted in five copies to the Editor-In-Chief. Article manuscripts must be no longer than twenty double-spaced pages of text, (excluding tables and figures). Correspondence items are limitted to eight double-spaced pages.
