
Submission
of Papers
All manuscripts will be referred. The final
decision of publication will be taken by the
Editor-In-Chief. Accepted papers should be submitted
according to the final submission
guidelines
1) Electronic submissions: Thes Journal
strongly encourages the electronic submission of
manuscripts in postscript form. Authors wishing to
submit a paper electronically should email a Cover
Letter to the Editor-in-Chief followed by an
electronic submission to:

Cover Letter Format
The cover letter should include the paper title,
file name, and author names, and the name, email
address, postal address, phone and fax numbers of the
correspondence author. The cover letter should state
the number of pages included in the document. Please
keep in mind that the page limits of 20 double space
pages excluding tables and figures for an Article,
and 8 double space pages for a Correspondence, are
strictly enforced. If the document has been
compressed or uuencoded, please specify accordingly.
A short description of the software/system used to
create the manuscript postcript file (e.g., LaTex on
a SUN Sparc) should also be included in the email
cover letter.
Manuscript Format
The manuscript must be a single postscript file.
Authors should use only commonly available fonts and
should ensure that all figures are included within
the single postscript file. If non-standard fonts are
needed or figures cannot be included within the
postscript file, paper copies of the manuscript will
have to be submitted.
The postscript version of the manuscript should be
sent to the EiC using one of the emails listed above.
Authors will receive an acknowledgment after the
file was reviewed.
2) Hard copy submissions:
Paper form articles must be submitted in five
copies to the Editor-In-Chief. Article manuscripts
must be no longer than twenty double-spaced pages of
text, (excluding tables and figures). Correspondence
items are limitted to eight double-spaced pages.
