Objectives
The motivation of NCS is to satisfy following requirements
- HPDC applications have different QoS(Quality of Service) requirements such as
bandwidth/latency requirements and flow/error control requirements
- We need to take advantage of the inherent features of emerging high-speed network technology
such as ATM network
- We need to support all kinds of network media and platforms, so portability is important for
all HPDC applications
