Prof. Dongsheng Brian Ma received his B.S. degree with highest honors and M.S. degree in electronic science from NanKai University, Tianjin, China, in 1995 and 1998, respectively. He received his Ph. D degree at Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Hong Kong, in 2003. At the same year, he joined Louisiana State University as an assistant professor. From August 2004 to May 2009, he worked as Analog Devices Endowed Assistant Professor at the University of Arizona. He is currently an Associate Professor with tenure at the same university. Rajdeep Bondade Ph.D Student Rajdeep Bondade received his B.E degree in Electronics and Communication from PES Institute of Technology, India, in 2007. He is currently pursuing his PhD. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering, at U of A. He joined the Integrated Systems Design Lab in Fall 07. His interests include mixed signal circuit design, digital VLSI design and bio-medical circuits design. |

Inshad Chowdhury Lab Manager Inshad Chowdhury received his B.S. degree from the Dept. of electrical engineering in the University of Arizona in 2006. Upon graduation, he enrolled at the same university in the Direct Ph.D. program. At the same time, he joined the Integrated System Design Laboratory. His current research interests include low power receiver design and integrated power management circuits. |

Chris Hall Undergraduate Student Christopher Hall will graduate with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Arizona in December 2009. He joined the Integrated System Design Laboratory as an undergraduate research assistant. He will continue his education at the University of Arizona as a master’s student and plans to graduate with a M.S. in Electrical Engineering in May 2011. His research interest is in analog circuit design. |

Joey Sankman Undergraduate Student Joey Sankman will be receiving his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Arizona in May 2010. He joined the Integrated System Design Laboratory as an undergrad research assistant in the fall of 2009. He is seeking to continue his studies at the University of Arizona as a PhD student. |
Ling Su Ph.D Student Ling Su received her B.S. and M.S. degree at Tsinghua University, China in 2002 and 2005 respectively. She enrolled at the University of Arizona to pursue the Ph.D. degree in 2005 and joined the Integrated System Design Laboratory in fall of 2006. Her current research interests include low power mixed signal integrated circuit, integrated power management system design, and digital VLSI design. |

Yikai Wang Ph.D Student Yikai Wang received his B.S. and M.S. degree at Zhejiang University, China in 2006 and 2008 respectively. He enrolled at the University of Arizona in the Direct Ph.D. program. Yikai Wang joined the Integrated System Design Laboratory in the fall of 2008. His research interests focus on the integrated power management system and the mixed signal integrated circuits design. |

Yi Zhang Ph.D Student Yi Zhang received his B.S. and M.S. degree at Zhejiang University, China in 2005 and 2008 respectively. He enrolled in the University of Arizona and joined the Integrated System Design Laboratory in Fall 2008 to pursue his Ph.D. degree. His research interests include integrated power management system design, digital VLSI design and low power mixed signal integrated circuits design. |
Yi Zhang Ph.D Student Yi Zhang received his B.S. at Beihang University, China in 1997. He worked for Beijing OPTEL Telecom Technology, Inc. for four years as hardware design engineer before he received M.S. at University of Texas at Dallas in 2004. He then joined a start up company as system analyst for two years. He is working for Texas Instruments as product engineer currently. He enrolled at University of Arizona in 2008 and joined Integrated System Design Laboratory as part time Ph.D. student. |

Chen Zheng Ph.D Student Chen Zheng received his B.S. degree at Southeast University, China, in 2007. He enrolled at the University of Arizona in the Direct Ph.D. program. Chen Zheng joined the Integrated System Design Laboratory in fall of 2007. His current research interests include high-speed analog and mixed signal integrated circuits design, integrated power management system design, and digital VLSI design. |
